I got something to say about the outright arrogance, irresponsible ways of spamcop. They have harrassed the hell out of me for months. 

One time on my ezine - they reported all the urls of my PAID advertisers to their programs, hosts, my host. This is an ezine thats been around for 2 years.

Oh, and my FFA network - the same over and over again, plus on my safelists. What's really funny - is the biggest pain was one spam organization was signed up to my ffa, then reported my ffa to spamcop (another spam org) and then reported it to my host and whoever else - what a setup! 

Luckily, my hosts have been educated some on their domain-julian haight. I have not yet been shutdown and I figure because of my longterm association with my hosts - they know I am not some spammer. But.. point is, I know reputable people who have been shutdown temp. and fear for the newbies who do not have this longterm status on the net. Spamcop - they do no investigation before reporting.. and are bullies. 

Who the hell are they anyway? A group on some power trip that's all who think they are doing some massive justice and think they are having courage to kill spammers. Please... and the thinking they may carry on - oh well, a few innocents get killed along the way.. PLEASE. I
swear they are getting their jollies off from it. They need to put that energy on something REAL. They have no license, are not police, the government, internet cops? more like the mafia - comply to us or else!

Comply as in - click the link and explain yourself... ha, I deleted them! because I don't have to explain to them anything I do! Actually, they are wide open for lawsuits. I tell you this, if they ever shut me down - they will be sued for tens of thousands, if not more - because they wont be
able to stand in court on a  libel suit and loss of income suit. No judge in their right mind will say: yeah, go and report everyone without investigation, cause loss of incomes left and right to innocent people and appear as the authority.. ect. It's not up to us to prove ourselves innocent, I know spam laws and I comply to THEM. It's up to Haight to prove that his clients and himself are justified in doing all the damage on such a widespread nature like he's been doing. I hope you can gather all the people affected and stop their spammer nabbing psychosis. 

Let the government deal with the spammers who send out millions of emails in a day. Haight harrasses people who have an ezine with 3000 subscribers - that is crazy. My ex has even threatened me with spamcop because he knows about them. Its very easy to do. Sign up with spamcop, sign up to me, then boom - I'm accused and won't know its him!
